The Khutba, the sermon of the friday prayer, is the responsibility of the Amir. The danger of extremist activities emanating from mosques can only happen if -violating the Islamic law and judicial tradition- anyone is allowed to give the Khutba and there is no Muslim Authority over the Mosque
