CONGRATULATIONS
TO THE SPANISH GOVERNMENT

Today, 19th of April, we woke up to good news, the first good news in many months.

The Spanish Government of Mr. Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero has given orders to withdraw the Spanish military contingent in Iraq.

Congratulations for having the decency to hear the voice of the Spanish people.

Congratulations for the firm stand in the face of the powerful pressure from the American Empire.

Congratulations for having the intelligence and the honesty to avoid providing moral justification for an unjustifiable aggression, one based on lies and deceptions on the largest scale. Lies and deceptions that they continue to preach with relentless insistence, applying the principle, which was best defined by Goebbles, that a lie repeated sufficient times becomes a truth.

In contrast, this decision of the Spanish Government brings a breeze of freedom, independence and sanity to a world ever more suffocated by a rhetoric that seeks to justify that which is utterly unjustifiable.

The honesty of this first decision gives us hope that the new Spanish Government will maintain its independence and will listen to the clamour of millions of people in Spain and all over the world that have denounced, and still do, the politics of the capitalist empire and their declared war against Islam and Muslims.

In the muslims of Spain, the Government will always find an ally to establish justice and to fight oppression and perversion, including that which is falsely attributed to Islam -such as terrorism.
